Referral Discount
Individuals who have received services at The Curl Cove may receive a one time 15% off discount for every individual they refer. Discount may be utilized on products or services.
Mental Health Discount Program
Times are increasingly getting harder and The Curl Cove understands how our clients need a safe space to unwind and be taken care of.
As a Thank You for supporting our small business and as a way to give back to our community, you can activate a FREE service yearly.
When you spend $500 in a calendar year at The Curl Cove, you will activate a once yearly discount of up to $100 off a service or otherwise a free service of $100 or less.
Product Purchase Discount
When you get a service at The Curl Cove you are eligible to purchase product at a 10% discount with service. Discount must be utilized within 2 weeks of service.

Deposit Policy
To secure an appointment with The Curl Cove, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Deposit Due Date & Appointment Security
Deposits are due no later than three (3) days prior to the scheduled service date.
Any appointment not secured by the required deposit by the three-day deadline is subject to cancellation without notice and may be released to another client.
The Curl Cove is not responsible for holding appointment times without a paid deposit.
Deposit Terms
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Personal emergencies
Illness or medical issues
Inclement weather, transportation issues, or road conditions
Power outages, natural events, or other circumstances beyond either party’s control
Scheduling conflicts or third-party delays
No-shows or late arrivals
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service on the day of the appointment.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made outside of the required notice period will still result in forfeiture of the deposit; however, a one-time reschedule credit may be offered at the sole discretion of The Curl Cove.
Rescheduling
One (1) courtesy reschedule may be offered with proper notice and is subject to availability.
The rescheduled appointment must be scheduled at time of cancelation of current appointment or up to 3 days post cancelation.
Failure to attend the rescheduled appointment for any reason will result in full forfeiture of the deposit, with no further rescheduling or credits.
Reschedule Refusal & Refund Clarification
Acceptance of the one-time reschedule option is voluntary.
Declining or refusing the offered reschedule does not waive, override, or circumvent the non-refundable deposit policy.
A deposit does not become refundable due to a client’s decision to decline a reschedule, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay 100% of future services upfront or may be declined future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in:
Reduced service time/ Services
Cancellation of the appointment
Forfeiture of the deposit
This ensures fairness and respect for scheduled clients.
Client Communication & Booking Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring communications from The Curl Cove.
The Curl Cove will make up to three (3) reasonable attempts to contact a client regarding booking issues, required corrections, confirmations, or policy matters via the contact methods provided.
If a client does not respond after three (3) communication attempts, The Curl Cove reserves the right to cancel the appointment, and any deposit paid will remain non-refundable.
If an appointment is booked incorrectly (including incorrect service selection, timing, or add-ons), The Curl Cove reserves the right to modify, adjust, or reject the appointment to ensure proper service execution.
In cases where an appointment requires correction, The Curl Cove will attempt to contact the client to resolve the issue. Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in the appointment being declined or canceled, with the deposit forfeited in accordance with this policy.
Client Conduct, Defamation & Legal Rights
Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and in good faith.
Harassment, abusive language, threats, coercion, blackmail, or attempts to intimidate staff will not be tolerated.
The Curl Cove reserves the right to refuse service, terminate the client relationship, and permanently decline future bookings due to inappropriate conduct.
Any false statements, slander, defamation, or knowingly misleading public or private communications that cause reputational or financial harm may result in legal action.
The Curl Cove expressly reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to civil litigation, injunctive relief, and recovery of damages, costs, and attorney’s fees where permitted by law.
Policy Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment and submitting a deposit, the client:
Confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this deposit policy
Acknowledges that disputes, chargebacks, or refund demands submitted in violation of this policy may result in permanent refusal of future services
Right to Refuse Service
The Curl Cove reserves the right to refuse service to any client who violates booking policies, engages in harassment, or attempts to bypass or misrepresent agreed-upon terms.

-Product Returns for Store Purchases
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Only unused and unopened products are eligible for return.
Returns must be made within 3 days of the original purchase date.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.
All product returns are subject to inspection before approval.

Returns
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we only accept returns on unopened and unused hair products within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be in its original, sealed packaging
It must be unused and unaltered
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided
**Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund for health and safety reasons.**

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If a return shipping label is provided by us, the cost will be deducted from your refund
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at thecurlcove@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

We do not offer full refunds on services already rendered. However, we may offer a correction or adjustment at no additional charge if the original service did not meet expectations.
Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind or personal preference after the service has been completed.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We do not offer refunds for completed services but may offer a correction at no additional charge. Corrections must be booked within 7 days of the original service.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods offered on our site. Payment for products or a deposit for services must be completed at the time of checkout or booking. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
